Please note we accept and provide a full refund on purchases returned within their original condition and tags still on within 14 days.

This does not apply to embroidered items or Pre-Ordered Items.

We cannot accept responsibility for any returned items lost via postal companies and request you return these via signed for/ tracked.

Please note, sale items are also non refundable.

Embroidered Items

Please note, all personalised items are Non-Refundable unless we have made an mistake or the item is faulty.

We highly recommend checking sizing before ordering, please message us if you are unsure.

Pre- Order Items

Pre-Ordered Items are ordered in prior to your request and in the event you wish to cancel your order, we reserve the right to charge you a 40% off your order, this is to cover administration and manufacturing costs that have already taken place when making your desired product.
